By using, browsing, or purchasing from AstroRemedis, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions along with our Privacy, Return, and Shipping Policies.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue using our services.

2. Nature of Service
AstroRemedis provides astrology consultations (AI & human astrologer based) and spiritual, energized products such as bracelets, kachhua frames, yantras, gemstones, healing crystals, and spiritual accessories.
Our services and products are designed for spiritual guidance and energy balance only.
They are not substitutes for medical, legal, or psychological treatment.
Results vary depending on an individual’s belief, karma, and planetary strength. AstroRemedis does not guarantee identical results for everyone.
3. Accuracy of Information
All horoscope readings and remedies are prepared based on details provided by the user (date, time, and place of birth).
Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of this information.
AstroRemedis is not liable for any errors or outcomes resulting from incorrect information.
4. Orders, Energization & Delivery
Every product is energized (siddh) by 11 vidwan pandits through authentic Vedic mantras before dispatch.
Once energization starts or the item is shipped, cancellation or return is not allowed.
Replacement is possible only if:
1. The product is damaged during transit, or
2. The wrong item has been delivered.
Any such issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp +91-9010356000 or via email at support@astroremedis.com.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier service availability.
Risk and ownership transfer to the buyer once the product is handed over to the courier.
5. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
Payments must be completed in full before an order is confirmed.
AstroRemedis uses secure payment gateways; we do not store your card or payment details.
6. Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy
Consultation services (Digital Pandit AI or human astrologer session) are non-refundable once booked.
Energized products cannot be cancelled or refunded once energized and dispatched.
Only damaged or incorrect items are eligible for replacement after verification.
For approved replacements, customers must return the product in original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
7. Product Disclaimer
Our energized items — bracelets, kachhua frames, yantras, gemstones, etc. — are spiritual tools intended to enhance positive vibrations and align planetary energies.
Results depend on your personal faith, karma, and adherence to usage instructions.
AstroRemedis does not claim to perform miracles or alter fate beyond divine and karmic laws.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, texts, product descriptions, images, and reports are the intellectual property of AstroRemedis.
You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or redistribute any material without written permission.
Our customized remedies, reports, and mantra cards are for personal use only.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse AstroRemedis content or communicate abusively with our team or astrologers.
Unauthorized copying, recording, or sharing of consultations or reports is prohibited.
Any such misuse may result in permanent suspension of services.
10. Data Protection & Privacy
By using our website or booking a consultation, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data (name, DOB, contact info) strictly for astrological analysis and internal use.

11. Recording & Evidence
AstroRemedis reserves the right to record consultations (audio/text/video) for quality assurance or dispute resolution.
These recordings remain strictly confidential and are used only for internal reference.

13. Force Majeure

All disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jalandhar, Punjab.
