At AstroRemedis, every product is crafted and energized with sacred Vedic rituals to bring spiritual balance and positivity to your life.
Because of the personalized and spiritual nature of our services and products, we follow a strict no-refund and no-cancellation policy once the energization process has started or the item has been dispatched.

However, we ensure complete customer satisfaction and provide support for any valid replacement cases as described below.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Energized products such as yantras, gemstones, bracelets, kachhua frames, healing crystals, or spiritual accessories.

  • Astrology consultations (AI or human astrologer-based sessions).

  • Customized reports, remedies, and mantra cards prepared based on your personal birth details.

These items are non-returnable once they are energized or delivered, as each is uniquely personalized for the individual.

3. Replacement Policy

We accept replacements only in the following cases:

  1. You received the wrong product, or

  2. The product was damaged during transit.

To qualify for a replacement:

  • You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at +91-9010356000 or email at support@astroremedis.com.

  • You must provide clear images or unboxing videos as proof of the damage or incorrect product.

Once verified, our team will arrange a replacement for you at no extra cost.
Replacements will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected (if applicable).

4. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before the energization process begins.
Once the product has been energized or dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

5. Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are only applicable in the following rare cases:

  • Duplicate payment made due to a technical issue.

  • Order cancelled by AstroRemedis before dispatch.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.

6. Return Shipping

If a return is approved (in case of damage or wrong item), customers must:

  • Ship the product in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.

  • Provide a valid courier tracking number.

Shipping costs for approved returns will be borne by AstroRemedis.
