At AstroRemedis, we strive to ensure that your spiritual and energized products reach you safely and on time.
All our items are carefully packed, energized (siddh), and shipped through trusted courier partners to ensure authenticity and purity are maintained throughout the process.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • The energization process (performed by 11 Vedic pandits) may extend the dispatch time by an additional 1–3 days, depending on the product type.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email or WhatsApp message once your order has been dispatched.

3. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • Within India: 4–8 business days (depending on your location and courier availability)

Note: Delivery delays may occur due to public holidays, natural calamities, courier strikes, or unforeseen logistical issues.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may be offered on select orders or promotions.

  • Standard shipping rates apply for other orders based on weight, value, and delivery location.

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID and courier link will be shared via email or WhatsApp.
You can use this information to monitor the shipment’s progress in real time.

6. Packaging & Energization

Every spiritual item (yantra, gemstone, bracelet, etc.) is:

  • Energized (siddh) using authentic Vedic mantras.

  • Purified and securely packed to retain its spiritual power and prevent damage during transit.
    We take utmost care to maintain the sanctity of each item.

7. Risk & Ownership

Once your order is handed over to the courier, the risk and ownership of the product transfer to you.
AstroRemedis is not liable for delays or damage caused by courier mishandling after dispatch.
However, if your order is damaged or lost in transit, please report it within 48 hours so that we can assist you with a replacement claim.

9. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and pincode are entered correctly at checkout.
AstroRemedis is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
